WEEKLY NEWS

Good morning,

FINALLY!!!!  The directories have been delivered to the church.  Jeannette and Doris will be in the Welcome Center between services this Sunday and next to distribute the directories to those who had pictures taken.  Additionally, if your individual photos were delivered to the church, they will also be available.  After June 19, any directories that are not picked up on Sunday mornings will be available for pick up in the church office during regular hours, Mondays through Thursdays.     Thank you for your patience.  Re:Member Church Directories had numerous problems with staffing during the pandemic and did not have adequate personnel to get our books to us in a timely fashion.  We hope you will enjoy the books and take time to learn the faces and names of folks you may not yet know so that you can greet them by name the next time you see them in church.

The monthly meeting of the COURAGE and Cancer support group is Sunday, June 12th at 3 pm in Room 101 of Grace United Methodist Church. The group will continue the discussion on mindfulness and meditation. Anyone whose lives have been affected by cancer is welcome, caretakers included.
John and Lisa Price are interested in hosting a short-term, six-week adult community group for those who are interested. It would be at their camp in Penn Run. The address is 1532 highway 259 Penn Run PA. The study would be on Proverbs because we can always use wisdom. When weather permits, we would hold classes outside, and if the weather is bad we would open the doors and windows for those concerned with Covid-19. There is a small run that flows most of the year on the property so kids will get wet and dirty. We can build a campfire or go hiking or just explore the woods. If you are interested or have questions, please email or call Bob Penrose at layleader9am@indianagrace.org or 724-840-2460.
Join us on Sunday evening in Fellowship Hall at 6:30 PM.  A video of the Easter theatrical production Why Can’t They See? will be shown.  You are invited to bring a dessert to share.  Coffee/tea and iced tea will be available.

Kids will learn the beautiful truth!  Spark Imagination and kick creativity into high gear at Spark Studios.   This summer, kids will learn that God’s creativity didn’t stop in Genesis.  The Master Artist is working to redeem, reclaim and transform us–His creations–to the design he planned for us.  Kids will see the beautiful truth that they are God’s workmanship as they learn to use their talents to bring glory to Him.

Help kids take up the gauntlet this summer and accept the challenge to “armor up” and be strong by remaining with God.
